These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Unsplit, a daily word puzzle game for iPhone. By downloading, accessing or using Unsplit, you agree to these terms.
Unsplit is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment use. You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its normal operation, attempt to reverse engineer it, exploit bugs, manipulate scores, abuse Game Center features, or use the app in a way that could harm other users or the service.
Unsplit provides daily word puzzles and related features such as hints, streaks, medals, badges, archives, sharing, widgets and leaderboards. Gameplay features may change over time. Puzzles, themes, scoring, badges and leaderboards may be adjusted, added or removed.
Unsplit is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your download, purchase, subscription, refund, device compatibility, Apple ID, iCloud and Game Center usage may also be governed by Apple’s own terms and policies.

Unsplit may allow players to share spoiler-light puzzle results. You are responsible for anything you choose to share outside the app. Do not use sharing features to harass, mislead, spam or infringe the rights of others.
Unsplit may use Game Center for leaderboards and achievements. Scores, achievements and leaderboard positions may be reset, removed or corrected if there is evidence of cheating, technical error, manipulation or misuse.
Unsplit, including its design, branding, gameplay format, text, graphics, icons, interface and related content, is owned by its developer or licensed for use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from Unsplit without permission, except as allowed by law.
Unsplit may be updated, changed, suspended or discontinued at any time. There is no guarantee that all features will always be available, error-free or compatible with every device or operating system version.
Unsplit is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no warranties are made about the app’s availability, accuracy, performance, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Unsplit.
Access to Unsplit or related features may be limited, suspended or terminated if these terms are breached or if misuse is detected.
